Celebrity Beyond Cruise Cancelled Due to Engine Issues
Celebrity Beyond has faced an unexpected setback. Just hours before its scheduled departure, the cruise was cancelled. The ship’s engines have encountered problems, affecting its cruising speed. Initially, passengers were informed of a one-day delay. However, further assessments revealed that repairs would take longer than anticipated.

Compensation and Reimbursement
Affected passengers will receive a full refund, including non-refundable deposits. Additionally, a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) equal to 100% of the original fare will be provided. This credit will be emailed within two weeks. For those who used a previous FCC, it will be reinstated automatically. Refunds should appear within 14 days.
Flight and Hotel Arrangements
For guests who booked flights through Celebrity Cruises’ Air2Sea program, the cruise line will manage flight changes. Those who arranged their own flights will be reimbursed up to $200 for domestic and $400 for international changes. A one-night hotel stay reimbursement of up to $250 is also available. Guests need to email receipts to cxc@celebrity.com with their details.
