Carnival Cruise Line is making waves with its revamped Main Dining Room menus, now available on nearly half of its 29 ships. This exciting update blends beloved classics with fresh new dishes, enhancing the dining experience for cruise holidaygoers. The rollout began earlier this year, and the changes are gradually being introduced across the fleet.
Main Dining Room on Carnival Dream
The updated menus have been a hit since their initial testing phase. Brand ambassador John Heald recently shared insights from his cruise aboard Carnival Spirit in Alaska, showcasing the new dining options. This initiative is part of Carnival’s effort to modernise its culinary offerings while keeping fan-favourite dishes on the menu.
New Menus Continue To Spread Across The Fleet
Carnival started testing the refreshed menus on Carnival Magic in January, followed by Mardi Gras in February. March saw the addition of Carnival Panorama, Carnival Sunshine, and Carnival Liberty. By April, Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Pride, Carnival Spirit, and Carnival Conquest had joined the list. In May, Carnival Vista and Carnival Miracle also introduced the new menus. Carnival Miracle’s recent Alaskan voyage marked its first cruise with the updated dining experience, delighting over 2,000 guests.
Carnival Celebration
The rollout continues with Carnival Celebration set to debut the new menu on 7th June during a seven-night Eastern Caribbean cruise. Carnival Venezia will follow on 18th June with a five-night Canada itinerary. In July, Carnival Dream will introduce the updated menus on a six-night Western Caribbean cruise. The remaining ships will receive the changes in due course, with timing dependent on factors like ingredient availability and crew training.
Passengers on Carnival Legend have already noticed elements of the new menu during its transatlantic voyage from Miami to Dover. As the fleet-wide transition progresses, Carnival is committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience for all its guests.
